Auto Title and Alt text renaming

Hello, Im looking for a plugin that will use the image filename as the title and also use it as the Alt text. For example an image called (Red Flower 1.jpg) would set the Image title and Alt text as (Red Flower 1). I tried Media File Renamer which sometimes works but sometimes it somehow uses a title in the file description that i deleted. i would rather it was Renamed as its uploaded instead of only in the HTML.
