I am attempting to build an archive page of sorts for a custom taxonomy that brings together several custom post types. In addition, the custom taxonomy has fields of it’s own that I want to use to display a header of sorts.

I have built a pod template to display the fields associated with the taxonomy, and I have assigned it to the taxonomy pod via the Auto Template Options. However, it does not display. Regardless of the display options I choose, I get only the message “There aren’t any posts currently published under this taxonomy.”

Is this use of taxonomy + auto template not possible?

    Hi @tillmanj

I assume you mean to display a template for the taxonomy itself, not the related posts.
If so, please make sure the selected hook/action is actually fired, this might differ per theme! You can check the theme templates to find possible hooks.

    Cheers, Jory
