Auto tax feature not working

Hello,

In my website Auto tax functionality not working..
My store location is of NJ USA. And i am checking the tax for “601 SE Wyoming Blvd Ste 1137, Casper, WY 82609” .
But it is hsowing 0 tax.. If i wil add manual tax rates then those are working.

This is the log which i got in Woocommerce -> status -> woocommerce services.

Please let me know the solution for this.
