Auto sync not working

    Hi,

    I’m aware you do not officially support Mailchimp user sync although I’m hoping someone out there can help me.

    The plugin works fine but when I edit a user in the user section, for example the email address, it doesn’t sync automatically.Manual sync works just fine.

    So I have been looking around a bit and I saw this on the main page of Mailchimp user sync plugin “There are 1 background jobs waiting to be processed.” It seems to be stuck and it changes to 2 when I change an email address of a different user.

    Therefor I a assume that job is supposed to sync the data between the site and Mailchimp. How can I troubleshoot the job or the queue to see what’s taking so long for it to be executed?

    Hello Nick,

    I would suggest turning WP Debug on and checking if there are any errors within WordPress or in the PHP error log.
