Auto sub-menu update with new post publish in alphabetical order

Hello,

I intend to find a way on how to automatically get the ‘Software Reviews’ sub-menu updated with every post publish.
So whenever I publish a new post in that Category, a sub-menu automatically gets created for the respective category.
As of today, I have been manually adding the posts in Appearance>Menu.

Also, please suggest if there is a way I can get the sub-menu links stacked alphabetically automatically.
