    Hello,

    We are unable to get the auto splitter to work – we should have the correct options enabled but it doesn’t split.

    Debug log shows us this:

    • Order #31894 * Parent #0 NOT SENT to *admin-email*- 1128
    • Order #0 * Parent #0 SENT to *customer-email*- 1128

    Manual split works as expected, we have disabled our thank you page plugin also to debug with no change.

    We are using pro plugin as you can see from Grouped Categories option. We have also tested this using ‘Default’ and ‘Inclusive’, tested on two test products with only one category each and still no split.

    When enabling ‘Split Overview on Checkout Page’, we can see that the plugin is intending to split the order, this just never happens on thank you page.

    Just to note, we are submitting these orders with a total of £0 as we’re using a coupon, do the items need to have a value greater than £0 assigned to them?
