auto social bookmark submitter

Hi everyone

I am looking for a WP pluging, and cant seem to find anything that meets my needs, can you point me in the right direction? I have searched all over the place, and not found anything.

I am looking for a plugin that, every time I publish a new post, will automatically send that URL of the post to a wide variety of my social bookmarking websites such as Digg, Delicious,twitter, etc

I have found plenty of plugins that put icons under each post where users can click and manualy add them to each social site, but that is NOT what I am after.

I require something that will log in to multiple different sites and automatically save the link across ALL (or as many as possible) of my social bookmarking sites.

Does such a thing exist?
