Auto Slide in Full Scree Mode?

Is it possible to have the slides auto side in Full screen mode? I realize the mouse would be hovering on image anywhere on screen causing the mouse-pause to enable. Is it possible to make the enlarge/reduce Icon a safe zone (not hovering on image area) so the slide with auto slide?
Anyone Help on this one…
