Auto Shutoff comments plugin problem

    I uploaded this plugin, and activated it from my plugins page. But when I try to post or edit, I get this error:

    If I deactivate the plugin, everything works fine.
    Any ideas how to fix this so I can use the plugin?

    check the plugin for whitespace?

    how long should it take before the comments actually become closed? I installed this… ran into the whitespace error, corrected that… but don’t see any changes… I went back and checked my old posts and the comments were still open… I then added a new post for today, published it, and then went back and checked the old posts and the comments were still open.

    I’m having the same error message. I checked for whitespace but it didn’t fix my problem. Any other ideas??

    I had this same problem and it was whitespace. Check to make sure the last line of the plugin is “?>” and not “?> “….
