Auto sequential number based on a field?

Hello there,

I would like to create an auto sequential number for every form completed so I can track the number but I can’t find how to do it. So it would add automatically the number.

In addition, is it possible to add a field to the number? For example : I have a field “name” and it would be perfect if the sequential number can be linked to the field name (john-001) every time John send me a form I know it’s from him instead of searching in the fields.
