Auto select service

    Is it possible to not allow the customer to select the service…ie. have this auto selected based on the group?

    I have 5 rooms (rooms 1 to 5) (set as services) that I want to allow customers to book for 1 or 2 hours.

    These rooms are all grouped in to a single service category at the moment.

    I dont want to give the customer the option to select the room, but have this auto allocate.

    Plus I dont want to allow any bookings on the front end to be allowable to room 1 (I.e this an only be booked by admin)

    Is this possible?

    I’ll be happy to help you.

    If you have multiples service, selection is mandatory. Unfortunately, we have no feature for auto allocate.

    You can try alternative approach:

    1. Create one service instead of five and set the option Maximum booking count per time slot equals 5.
    2. On the User interface tab of the Webba settings page set the option Multiple seat selection mode to Allow select only one place.

    The best way to implement it is to create a separate service which is not available on frontend booking form.
