    Hello,
In my site after clicking pagination in Woocommerce – views are scrolling to the bottom instead of staying at the point where previous page is ending.
I can’t find this option in theme settings.
Could you tell me how I can change it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @murek5,

This behavior could be due to a plugin you have on your site. For example, when I click the pagination, along with the page is scrolled up, I also notice an icon indicates the page is loading. This is not Astra default behavior.

Please try deactivating all the plugins temporarily, except the WooCommerce plugin. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

Also, please make sure that you have everything updated on your site.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi Herman,
Yes, I’ve already figured out that, another plug was causing problems.
I turned off Ajax in it and it helped.

    Thanks!
