Auto scrolling enable on one section, disable for next?

Hello, love this plugin, I have set it up so I have one section on top for a horizontal slider containing posts, and 3 sections vertically after containing pages. My issue is that I would like the slider section to auto start (play) but I do not want the vertical sections to play. They should only be manually scrollable. Is this possible? Thank you!!
