Auto scroll down page

I don’t want my visitors think my homepage consists of only a slider on my homepage, so when the site loads, it should automatically scrolling down smoothly to the beginning of text, but no jump. It should scroll down to my starting text without a button to click. I’m not a developer so I need clear steps please. I’m using a child theme under the parent theme Primer. Thanks
