Auto Save Blog Posts

  • Why don’t my blog post drafts autosave? I have lost my info so many times!! I switched over from blogger where at least they had that going for them. I’m surprised it doesn’t auto-save on wordpress. HELP!? I’m sure there is an option??

  • it do auto save your posts in wordpress. doesnt seemt to be working for your website .. try following steps

    -deactive ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down and possibly fix the problem . If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit!
    -switch to the default theme (Twenty fifteen) for time being by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue!
    -if that does not resolve the issue, try increasing memory available for php.

    Update if you arent able to get it working..
