Auto response in Group chat

    Hi

    I currently have the click to chat plug-in for my website and have set it up to join a group chat to myself and another team member. I would like to add auto responses to simple questions so wondered if you can direct me to some instructions telling me how to do this please? Many thanks

    Hi,

    As we know, in Group chats Auto response(chatbot) feature is not available.

    there are many tools available to build chatbots for WhatsApp business accounts if the conversation is direct chat.
