auto responder not working

  • Hi,

    I am using CF7 version 3.5.1 with contact form database extension v. 2.6.3. The form submits as expected to the db, I can see my emails there, but the auto responder does not work.

    Neither an automatic response to the submitter of the form, or the “mail(2)” email address. I have tested it with the field tags and also stripped down. I have also checked spam and junk folders, but nothing shows.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Anyone have any ideas as to why the mail sends but the auto response to sender and also the other auto responder using mail(2) does not work?

    I really need to fix this soon or find an alternate solution.
