Auto-reset of timer

Is there a way to have my countdown timer reset each time it reaches zero? The timeclock runs out every week, so each time it hits 0:0:0:0:0 I need it to reset to the next week. I.e. today, Sept 2, was the deadline. I now need it to auto-reset to the same time, Sept. 9. Is that possible or does it have to be done manually each week? (This is for food ordering- the menus expire each week.)
