• I discovered that not only had I entered into an autorenew feature – for a gallery plugin only – not even a whole theme.. but that also somehow the amount I was paying was the pro rate.
I only have one website and one person managing the website so I have no idea how I ended up with a pro 99USD plugin. It autorenewed and i wasn’t even using it on my site – it was inactive!!!

Be wary of Envira Gallery – autorenew is an unwelcome part of their deal.

They have now refunded my payment which they did very promptly at least.

    Hi, @salnak!

I want to note that you’re leaving this review on the free version of our plugin, which has nothing to do with the version you paid for in 2020.

Re: the version you paid for, you — or someone on your behalf — purchased Gallery Pro in 2020. The terms page indicate that it auto-renews by default, but that you could turn that off or ask us to do so for you.

The Gallery Pro package isn’t strictly for folks with more than a single website; our tiers have different features, so it’s possible that you were interested in using some of the features that Pro makes available that our lower-tier packages do not, like the videos addon, the WooCommerce addon, the albums addon, and more.

If you have any other questions about your now-refunded purchase, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to address them.
