Auto renaming and elementor support

Hi,

Having to rename images with filesizes in the name is too cumbersome, I would prefer a paid plugin that automates everything and solves all corner case that may appear.

It also does’t support elementor background images for example.

Will try it again when it works as there is no other alternative that I can find
