Auto Refresh

  • We have experienced an issue on your site where you have to keep refreshing the plugin page to see if we have a site visitor that has initiated chat.

    Is there no way that the plugin can refresh the visitor page automatically when a new chat is initiated ?

    Or lets say every 30 seconds, because we are missing chats from customers because the chat visitors page does not update without manually refreshing the page.
