    I just tested locally, and old post/amp permalinks are automatically redirecting to the new permalinks without any issue, are you facing any other problem?

    So, I previously changed category slug. I guess in this case it is not working.

    The category slug changes are not included in the auto-redirection.

    We are taking that as a suggestion and will see what could be done for that.
