Auto Publisher Issue

  • Hello,

    My wordpress site has social media auto publisher on it and the facebook and twitter has stopped working.
    The facebook issue i fixed however it is now posting every update rather than the ones we pick to post. Example we post each new product we upload. it is doing that, but it is also posting when we delete a machine which is misleading.

    The Twitter has just stopped posting completely. i have changed the APi tokens and all of that and it still wont work..

    For the Facebook issue, check your social media auto publisher settings to ensure that only the desired updates are selected for posting. It might be necessary to adjust the settings to avoid posting when deleting content.
