Auto posting or share link to facebook problem with image

Hi there, this is the first time I am doing a wordpress site and I am encountering an issue.

When I have a new post, it will be auto posted in my facebook page. However the image displayed is frequently wrong.

for example https://www.goodforsharing.com/?p=65> When I tried to share this link, the pictures that I can use as a display pic is from my previous posting.

Any body encountering the same issue?
