Auto post Thumbnails from External Hosted Images

  • Hello, I been through every auto thumbnail plugin but none of them worked with external Images.

    I need a way to automatically grab thumbnails from the 1st image in the post but the images will be hosted on lets say tinypic.com or photobucket.com ,

    Any body please help?
