We recently switched our email subscription form pop-up from Mailchimp to ActiveCampaign. We had success with mailchimp loading after 50% of page scroll and never had an issue. We used exact same settings with the new ActiveCampaign shortcode in the Boxzilla plugin, but it is not working.

It loads the box immediately before the page even loads and is top center instead of middle of screen. Once the box is closed or after a few seconds a second empty box pops up that only shows the “x” to close in the corner of an otherwise tiny and empty box.

We have the latest version of the plugin as well as wordpress. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Hey @cludeman33,

For the purpose of testing, can you please remove the shortcode from ActiveCampaign and let us know if that works or if you still see the same issue?

Good idea! Yes, that works just fine as expected and popped up 50% down the page and did not pup up another weird box. Looks like it’s on the Active Campaign shortcode form settings. My content manager is not in yet that manages that. I’ll report back after looking at setting on their end…

    Thanks!

We fixed by using a different code from AciveCampaign. It seems their own WP Plugin is not helpful and we deleted it. We were able to use Formidable Forms instead which was already loaded on our site. Thanks for the help!
