I am trying to send a regular email three times a week with new post updates from my blog using Automatic Latest Content. However, the posts from Monday’s email are sent again in Wednesday’s and Friday’s emails also. It seems that MailPoet only filters latest content relative to each email’s setup and sent date. Can this be over come?

  • @gregorymcg Don’t use Automatic Latest Content – it is not reliable at all. Try compile the posts manually – once you set up a template, it takes very little time of pulling a newsletter together; you can schedule (not 100% reliable) or send it manually. If not to troubling your subscribers is very important, this is the best way of doing it. You have total control.

    Hello there @gregorymcg,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry you’re having issues with your post-notification emails.

When a post-notification email has already been sent featuring a specific post, that post should not be included in any subsequent post-notification emails. So what you’re experiencing is not expected behaviour.

Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.

We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.

    Have a great day.
