Hi, i’m trying your premium 30 days trial. I use an auto post plugin to renew blog post. This plugin update post date. With other plugin, when the script renew a post it’s automatically published to social. I’ve activated the auto post function in your plugin, but it doesn’t post automatically to social. What I need to do?

    Hello,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thank you for your interest in Blog2Social.

To be able to look further into this for you it would be awesome if you could answer me a few short questions:

Which plugin do you use to update the post dates of your WordPress website posts?
Which configuration did you choose for the auto-post feature?

In general, there are two different sets of settings in the auto-poster, one for your original site content and one for “imported posts / RSS feeds”.

It is possible that Auto-Poster does not recognize the transmission signals of the external plugin as your own site content. The Import-Poster sends corresponding transmission signals. It is possible that Blog2Social recognizes these changes with this setting.

Please be so kind as to enable the auto-poster settings for “imported posts” and select your post type and try if the posts submitted via your re-fresh plugin will be shared on re-publishing.

Please note that the auto-poster settings are user-based and can be configured individually for each user account. Make sure to enable these settings in the user account the re-frehed posts are assigned to.

In the following guide, you will find step by step instructions for configuring and using the Auto-Post feature of Blog2Social:

How do I auto-post and auto-schedule blog posts on social media with the Social Media Auto-Poster?

Furthermore, you should also check if your social media networks are in the same network collection. The following step-by-step guide will show you how to create a network collection. There is also a hint included to save some time creating these collections:

How can I save a specific selection of networks?

Please let me know afterwards if this solution works for you. I am looking forward to your reply.

Hi, I’m using “Auto Post Scheduler” to renw posts.
Selecting Auto Poster for imported post, I need to chose a social network. But My post is not imported from one of them, so which one I need to select?
Also Instagram doesn’t appear in the list. Now I’ve selected them all.
I’m using the same user that create all the post. So The user is not the problem. The “my profile” is selcted.
Waiting for new renew post with autoposter activated for imported post. I’ll let you known.

Ok Now it seem to work. But Instagram is the only one that’s is not working. Why it doesn’t appear in the imported post?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

To ensure compliance with the high quality standards of the new networks’ API rules and community guidelines some networks, such as Instagram restrict autoposting for automatically generated content which is the case for imported RSS feeds as well as automatically renewed contents via plugins. The network rules want to make sure to keep communication on a personal and human basis.

To re-share your posts automatically on social media Blog2Social provides you with another specialized option. Re-sharing your evergreen content automatically helps you to revive your best content from time to time without the need to republish your content on your website.
This also saves your valuable social media marketing time and makes it easy for you to create your perfect content mix of evergreen content with new posts and curated content to keep your social feeds interesting, rich and diverse.
The following tutorial guides you through the process on how to re-share your posts automatically:

Please note: When setting up an automated posting strategy for your social network accounts, always make sure to follow human behavior. It is important to strictly follow the community rules and guidelines for all social networks to ensure keeping the communication on the network on a personal and human basis.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

With this fuction I need to go updating each time the queue? Or is it automatically updated? The post filter don’t work. It share also pages that’s not what I’m searching. The time for sharing must be random. With fixed time socials will understand that it’s a script posting and don’t see human behaviour as you told. Also the post order, must be random, and not ordered by date…

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

You are able to auto-post to Instagram, as well as to all of your connected networks in Blog2Social, by using the auto-poster for your own WordPress content.

When you are using another plugin to import your posts, you can use the auto-poster for imported posts. With this one you can share your imported content to Facebook, Twitter and Google My Business.

Please let me know if you have further questions.
