Auto Post from my one WP to multiple WP

Hi Team,
I need an auto post from one wp to multiple wp
When new content us uploaded to Site # 1 as an article post. Please give your suggestion.
We would like the option to choose from a list of all of our sites to post the same article to. For example; We want the same content to post to sites #3, #6, and #8
Original content posted to site #1 will then auto publish to sites 3,6, and 8.
We would also like the option to have the content posted to the top of sites 3,5,8 or further down the page.
