Auto-post author specific posts to their own social media site.

Ok so I spend a few hrs today searching for a plugin that will automatically post any post to an author specific social media site.

I have tried “Jetpack-Publicize” but all this seems to do is post EVERY POST from EVERY AUTHOR too EVERY AUTHORS Social media pages. ?? – very annoying.

Sadly this is not what I want. I want authors to be able to add their personal social media site details in and have only THEIR OWN posts auto post to their own social media sites.

so for example if I post “hi this is my post” it will auto post that to MY facebook page and no one else’s, and if another author posts “I am groot” then this will auto post to his/her facebook page only and NOT mine also. (facebook was just one example social media site)

Is there such a plugin that anyone knows of that does this?
