auto populating data and fill in select drop down

My client wants to have the ability to edit interest rates(hopefully in widget) in a table. And each time he updates interest rates, it also updates the dropdown ([select* InterestRate “Floating-5.75%|5.75” “6 Months-5.35%|5.35” “1 Year-5.49%|5.49”] ) of contact form 7. can this be done?
