Auto Populate Taxonomy Terms With Post Titles From A Custom Post Type

I have two CPTs. One called Staff, another Locations. On the Staff posts edit page, I’d like to have a taxonomy displayed called Locations List and automatically the terms for that taxonomy to be populated with all the titles of the Locations posts. I’d then select a location for that staff member. WHY. I use ACF Relationships to link data from 2 CPTs in Elementor Dynamic Post widgets but I have a feeling this is causing a lot of bottlenecks. I’d like to try using a query in a Dynamic Posts widget to show all Staff at a particular Location by looking up the Location taxonomy term selected for each Staff post to see if it matches the title of the Location post that the query is on. Is what I want to achieve possible with CPT UI? Many thanks, Barry.
