Auto-populate Elementor form fields with UM form fields

I saw that there was a topic posted regarding this and it was resolved but I’d like some help understanding exactly how to do this.

I have an Elementor contact form that I’d like to prepopulate data from the UM registration form (name and email). How do I go about doing that?
