Auto Plugin from wordpress

  • I need help from you. I have problem using my auto plugin in wordpress. I could not plugin any themes or others. I am using wordpress 3.0.4. Earlier all fuctions of auto plugin trought FTP were working.
    The massage problem as mentioned below.

    Could not create directory. /public_html/wp-content/upgrade/d5-socialia.tmp “

    I tried to make sub. domain it was working well. I can upload the themes anf under function FTP. Sub- domian using WordPress version 3.4.1
