Auto play doesn't work in Firefox

I am using the Pro version. When i attempt to add an audio file from my Media Library (by clicking the button the is labeled Media Library) I get an error message (Audio field-type Error. I am using m4a files in my library ( Site: https://www.mgf-internet-entrepreneur.com)

The audio files Soundy can use must be of type MP3, OGG or WAV. Furthermore, the URLs of such files must end with the extension ‘.mp3’, ‘.ogg’ or ‘.wav’. These are the requirements of the HTML5 Audio tag used by Soundy plugin.
