Auto permalink change didn’t work

The plugin doesn’t monitor changes to permalink structures.

I am currently adding each post for the redirection. But there are around 100 posts, is there a way to do bulk redirections?

I changed the permalink settings from: https://www.saviorofmankind.com/sample-post/
To: https://www.saviorofmankind.com/%category%/%postname%/

When your permalink is going from more data to less data then you can use a regular expression:

https://redirection.me/support/redirect-regular-expressions/

However, you are going from less to more and so you will need to manually redirect each URL.
