Thanks for your query and for reaching out to us.

Can you check if you have any kind of server-level cache or cache plugin is installed on your site? If yes, after making the changes in the settings, clear the cache once.

After this close the browser and take a new sesssion (in incognito) and check the setting works for the new visitors.

Can you please record a video after clear the cache?
