• hello – im using the plugin to send out noitifications when new content added. Everything is setup right, but the email sendouts seem to sit in the queue…

    here are my settings/versions

    WP 4.7
    Mailpoet Version 2.7.5

    MAilpoet mail settings:
    “send with” > my website
“Send method” > PHP send mail

    TEST RESULTS
using the “check mail plugin” > works fine
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wysija_config SEND TEST > works fine
using the “send test” from the newsletter creation > works fine

The issue seems to lie when the newsletter gets created, the “send email code” seems not to be triggered. The newsletter to be sent is visible in the “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wysija_campaigns” list, but sits there forever.

I had “geek options > activate mailpoet cron” unchecked, but now am testing it activated.. and have setup the cron in my cpanel and used appropriate radio button.

but im getting the same results…

    Thanks

I can give you debug access send me an email to info[a]huguesbp.com

    thanks
