Hi! The PDF Invoice plugin does not actually send any emails but simply attaches the invoice to the emails sent out by WooCommerce. We do offer a paid solution for this though: WooCommerce Smart Reminder Emails. This plugin lets you set a date offset (say, order date + 14 days) to any order status and it will send an email to your customer in this schedule. It integrates with this PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin, allowing you to attach the invoice to those emails too. This is an easy way to automate payment reminders or separate invoice emails from order emails. It does not let you set a specific date globally for all orders though, if you want that, I’m afraid I don’t have a solution for you.
