auto login to wordpress from an asp site

We have a cms that we have written in classic asp. We are managing and creating our wordpress blogs from within our software. Our problem is that when we want to change a theme or add a plugin, we are being forced to login to wordpress. Is there a way that we can login automatically to the wordpress blog directly from our software.
