auto login?

Hi, I’m testing this plugin and it seems really nice. What I would like to know is whether I can use it for my membersite: as users are allready logged in, I don’t want them to have to log in again to submit a ticket. Is there a way to have the fields for username and password filled by default, or skip that alltogether?
