Auto Link function is suppressing post_content content partially.

Hello.
When post_content has < e > html tags, auto_links function is suppressing post_content content partially.
I discovered this by activating and deactivating the function and testing the page, as shown in the prints below.

why? How to resolve this bug?
I ask because there are more than 3800 occurrences and editing each one of them, one by one, individually, manually deleting the “<” and “>”, is not an option.
