Auto Lead Data Format (ADF) Error – Easy WP SMTP

  • Hello, I have an issue with the Easy WP SMTP Plugin. We send emails in ADF format from the web, with Contact Form 7. As they were not being delivered, I installed de Easy SMTP Plugin. From that moment, mails can not be delivered directly to the CRM client via ADF (Auto Lead Data Format), because the mails present a “Preview”, that don’t let de ADF parse the information. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

    I’m not sure what kind of “Preview” do you mean. Easy WP SMTP is not having any kind of “preview” functionality, it also shouldn’t change email content (body) in any way as well.

    Can you please provide more details on that?

    Alexander, thanks for your quick answer.
    The CRM people told me that the problem for not parsing is that when the mail is sent, it shows a content preview that don’t allow the ADF format to be read properly.

    Can you please send me an example email to alexanderfoxc at gmail.com? If possible, I need the one with “Preview” and the one without it (e.g. the one that is being parsed fine by CRM).

    Like I mentioned earlier, Easy WP SMTP is not adding any additional content to the email body, so this “Preview” is not caused by the plugin. It can be caused by Contact Form 7 settings or by some other plugin though.
