Auto-install of 3.8.3 – can't log in to WP admin anymore (cookie error message|

    My site is still displaying fine in browser. When I try to log in to WP admin (control panel) I get:

    “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

    Cookies ARE enabled. This is happening in both Chrome and Firefox. I’ve double-checked my browser settings (and tried clearing all cached browser date). I can get in using IE but want to be able to use Chrome again! IE’s my last choice of browser.

    Is this the first time ever that something’s broken in Chrome and Firefox and NOT in IE? ??

    RESOLVED: After getting in through IE, I deactivated the lone plugin my site uses. I could then login in other browsers. I then reactivated the plugin, and I could still login. Don’t know why that fixed it, but OK then….!
