Auto Insert Not Working on Custom Posts

Hi! I love this plugin but I’m having trouble getting auto insert to work with Venue and Organizer pages created by Events Calendar Pro. For context, ECP’s Organizer and Venue pages are created with custom taxonomies (link).

-I’ve got Auto Insert set to Yes.
-Exclude Pages is set to No.
-Where do you want to show ratings is set to “only posts or pages.”
-I have toggled it back and forth between Yes/No on “Use only in custom post types.”

The ratings show on regular posts (link) and on ECP’s event post types, but the ratings do not show on ECP’s Venue or Organizer post types.
