Auto-Index not working

It seems the auto-index is not working for me. I manually indexed everything, then a few weeks later, none of the new posts have been indexed and I have to do it again.

Is there a way to find out why new posts aren’t being indexed? Almost all new posts are scheduled to publish in the future. Could that affect it?
