Auto Import Not Working

Hello

I am attempting to auto import a csv file using the “File on server” option. I have it set to update every 15 minutes but nothing appears under the “Last Auto Import” column after a while.

When I try to manually import this file using the “File on server” option it imports successfully, so I don’t believe it’s an access or invalid file issue?

I have tried working with my server admin on this and we played around with security settings but it still doesn’t seem to be working. Do you know what may cause or how to fix this issue?
