Thank you for this plugin. It is an amazing tool. I am running into some issues with the auto-import. I can manually import through the WP user interface just fine. Now, it will no longer auto import and I have “Failed @ 2015-08-08 09:31:40” I am not sure what I need to do to fix this issue. I have looked through some of the older posts but they are like 2 years old at this point and I am not sure if they are a relevant fix. Thank you for your help with this issue.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

If the import actually failed (instead of simply not being run), there are usually issues with the configured files or formats. Does the import work if you try a manual import with the settings that are failing (i.e. manually importing from that URL in that format)?

    Regards,

    Tobias,

Yes. I have to go in and manually import the files. I use the “File from server” option and it works fine. They are configured to auto update from the server also.

    Hi,

ok, so the same settings work manually but not with the automatic import? That’s strange, and I can’t really think of a reason for that…

If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
