Auto icon for external links

    Hi

    I have looked through the codex and the forums but can’t find the info I’m looking for.

    I’d like to automatically add a little icon to the end of every external link in a post or page (to show it opens in a new window).

    Can somebody tell me what files I need to look at to do this please?

    Or the best way to achieve this?
