Auto-Hyperlink Urls in Custom Fields?

    i’m using custom fields on my blog..

    sometimes there are texts that i write into those fields in plain mode which contain links (https://blabla.com and https://www.blabla.com)… all those plugins who create automated clickable links in posts etc don’t work on these custom fields.. is there a way to make those links clickable on a automated way? running php 5.3.6.
